We all wanted to fall in love with the new Milani Constellation Gel Eyeliners. They were so sparkly and pretty and of course that instantly made us forget all our other list of requirements we consider on if we should purchase a product or not. I put these to the test to see if they were really worth your time to scour the beauty aisle for them and if they were really worth $5.99. In m opinion the Milani Constellation Gel liners miss the mark. They can be worn as a liner but not smudged to give the effect of a smokey eyeshadow.
