As promised I have more great products from Black|Up Cosmetics to tell you about! Today it’s all about the newest colors of 2-in-1 Jumbo lip pencils. I love jumbo lip pencils as they are basically a lipstick in a pencil form. They go on smooth and creamy and in my opinion travel a lot better than a tube of lipstick. Black|Up sent over three new color additions to the 2-in-1 Jumbo Pencil family to BeingMelody Headquarters for me to check out.
First let’s start with the specs. The 2-in-1 Jumbo Pencils retail for $19.50 for .10oz of product, which is actually a pretty good deal as the similar Nars Lip Pencils retail for $26.50, have 0.07 oz or product and do not come with a sharpener. The sharpener is built into the cap and is covered by a second top.
The Black|Up 2-in-1 Jumbo Lip Pencil collection has 12 gorgeous shades, several of which I know would be absolutely stunning for the upcoming cooler months. I received shades JUM 13, JUM15, and JUM 18 which will be releasing this upcoming fall. All lip pencils have a satin finish and give me a pretty good wear of around 6hrs which included eating and drinking.
JUM 13
JUM 13 appears to be reddish orange in color. It’s not as bright as MAC’s Lady Danger or the Black|Up Lipstick in 34M. It does, however, appear to closely resemble MAC Cosmetics Morange Lipstick.
JUM 15
JUM 15 is a pink hued lipstick with what appears to be violet/fuchsia undertones. It is very reminiscent of Milani Cosmetic’s RoseHip Lipstick.
JUM 18
JUM 18 is a great addition to the collection as it is a true red lipstick.
