In my previous post, I shared with you all some of my favorites from e.l.f cosmetics, which I still can’t believe I waited so long to try. Since I’m doing this thing where I’m making a serious effort to use the makeup in my stash, I decided it would only be right for me to share with you this Smokey Purple look I created using some of the e.l.f cosmetics items.
For my eyes, I used the e.l.f Prism Eyeshadow Palette in “Smoke” along with the e.l.f Clay Eyeshadow Palette in “Necessary Nudes.” I decided to do a HALO eye for this look and have the pop of purple be in the center. For a transition shade, I used the color “RUST” from Melt Cosmetics, which if you don’t own you seriously should. I then blended the dark brown from the e.l.f clay eyeshadow palette into the crease. Using this same color, I applied it to both my inner and outer corners of the eye. I really wanted the purple to pop so I used a Make Up For Ever Aquamatic eye shadow pencil in the shade I-90 as my base and then applied the purple from the e.l.f Prism palette on top.
On my face, I used the light peach shade from the e.l.f cosmetics Powder Blush Palette. On my lips, I exfoliated with the e.l.f lip exfoliator so that my lips would be nice and smooth for the e.l.f Velvet Matte Lipstick in the shade deep burgundy.

I’ve included all the items that I’ve used below in the shoppable widget so you can check them out. The great thing bout e.l.f. Cosmetics products are that they’re super affordable and you can build a whole makeup kit without breaking the bank!
