Products I’m Loving This Month

Bring Out the Bold this Fall with a New Wardrobe.

I’m sharing #LISTERINE in my life as part of a LISTERINE® sponsored series for Socialstars™ One of the boldest things I did this year was a clean out my closet and create a capsule wardrobe. It’s been one of the most fulfilling and one of the most stressful things thing I’ve ever done. On one hand, I can now wake up, go to my closet and put together a cute outfit in less than five minutes. I suffer the most from my nickel allergy in the summer due to the heat and humidity and during the colder months my eczema flairs up.  With my new diagnosis I’ve realized, I have to take time to treat the…

Teach Them to Embrace Their Curls with Born Curly® Hair Products!

This post brought to you by As I Am® Naturally. The content and opinions expressed below are that of Being Melody. Just the other day I was laughing with my hairstylist over memories of having my hair pressed as a child. The hot comb would sit on the eye of the stove, and I would patiently sit as my grandmother pressed my hair for Sunday service the next day. The hardest part about having my hair pressed as a child was the full 24hrs I wasn’t allowed to act like a child for fear my hair would revert to its…
