I’ll never forget the first time I tasted Dan Dan Noodles at a local Asian eatery called Han Dynasty here in Philadelphia. “Souped up Ramen Noodles”, that’s probably the best way to describe them and that’s literally how all my friends who visit describe it after having them for the first time. There are so many different recipes for Dan Dan Noodles that you just have to find one that has the flavors and ingredients you love.
